Audio Transcription Facilities
Need to convert a recorded conversation, tele- or videoconference
into text or a softcopy Word document? The Nomad Offices provides
audio to text transcription service to English. Our transcription
service provides you with:

A written verbatim transcript for each recording/session,
including any Question & Answer (Q&A), from an audio recording.
Completed transcripts will be emailed to you and these can be
printed and/or emailed to interested parties as required.

Transcripts are supplied as standard in Microsoft Word format.
Alternatively, you can choose to have us send you transcripts as PDF
documents. Hardcopy transcripts can be ordered at an additional USD
25 per copy (excluding delivery cost).

Charges are based on the length of the recording in blocks of
15 minutes each as follows:

* - Longer turnaround times will be required for audio recordings longer
than 60 minutes in length.

simply print and complete our
Audio Transcription Booking Form and email

or mail it back to us (Level 16 & 17, Gemadept Tower, 6 Le Thanh Ton
Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC Vietnam)
together with your audio recording/tape. We'll get back to you with
confirmation of your requirement by the next working day.
